Don't you wish we could be more like John the Baptist with his humble spirit and outlook in life? I love that fact that he was willing to go through life being second. For instance, how often do you find yourself taking the lead instead of living in the background and letting God be first? I know that sometimes as I go through life I find this to be very true.
